Need Advice on Windows Storage Server

Hi, I have bought an non OS Dell 745N and Windows Storage Server (No cluster) Operating System But the harddrives are blank could anyone tell me what NO CLUSTER is and it does not have an CD-ROM either so what would be the best way to install the OS onto it either through network or add an external CD-ROM on to the motherboard. Thanks

1.What is meant by NO CLUSTER.

2.Which is the best way to install it on a Dell 745N No CD-ROM fitted.
