No drives found while installing OS on T430
The company I work at had purchased a PowerEdge T430 that has a Perc H730 installed in it. They decided to do a DoD wipe before we set it back up to make sure no data from the previous user is on it. The issue i'm running into is I can't seem to get the drives to show up, I have tried installing drivers during the instillation of the OS(windows server 2012 R2), however it says I don't have the proper hardware for the drivers. At this point we updated all the firmware we could, and tried again but nothing different. We are at a standstill on what to do, everything on the controller and perc are connected and light up. Not sure what steps we should make next as I am new to setting up servers.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Do you have options to install OS through LifeCycle controller? If so then it might work along with UEFI boot option selected in LifeCycle controller Deploy OS. That is how we just installed OS on R230 since they don't show up the disk when installing directly.
I think its f10 during boot to get to LifeCycle controller (or use Next Boot in virtual console). Then once the LifeCycle controller shows up, select Deploy OS, and set Bios to UEFI, Select operating system, mount the media and continue.
