PowerEdge R720 Intel ChipSet

My Dell PowerEdge <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy> rolled back the drivers for USB and I can't use my USB Ports anymore (This includes both USB Keyboard and Mouse).  I have downloaded the latest Intel Chipset Driver but it throws me an error "File Copying was not successful. Setup will exit." Anyone with an idea how to go about this? Thank you in advance.

IOP,

Verify that the BIOS and iDrac are current and up to date. Then verify that in the BIOS (F2), under Integrated Devices, User Accessible USB ports is reflecting All Ports On.

In regards to the chipset update, are you able to run the H00_ZPE.exe file and then get the error when the extracted package runs, or upon running the H00_ZPE.exe file itself?

Let me know what you see.
