Reinstalling Red-Hat Enterprise 3

Hi, all~

Since I think Hard-disk partition is not suitable for our game server, I've tried to reinstall Enterprise Linux 3.

 

But, Installer couldn't find harddisk and reboot system automatically.. so, installing wasn't to be in progress. In redhat documents, It must use EFI shell but I don't now how I can boot into EFI shell.

I've use just CD-ROM included server package, and no network installing, no any other selected.

And, Just simple another question, :D

I ordered 4 Hours service in same day, But I just got a reply as " We are working from Monday - Friday... " when I request online support service. (Now, It's sunday in korea)

 

4 Hours service in same day is also supports just business days? :(

( But... I agree that they also have to rest on holiday... :D )
