Reloading Win2k server on poweredge 2650

I am trying to relaod Win2k server on a Poweredge 2650 without wiping out what is on the pc. when it boots off the Win2k server cd, it says it cannot find any Hard Drives. I press F6 to load up drivers I received from the Dell web site, but when it looks at the disk, it says it is missing txtsetup.oem. How can I reinstall Win2k server without loosing all my data? Thanks!!!

Is this the newest driver download ?
Possibility...as with firmware flash failures, I have had this using old floppies (older than 2 years), seems the files copy over to old  floppies but there are read issues which are not reported.
Once you get the driver in,  do a repair install, and everything will be there,

I agree. I have ran into this same issue a few times now. Using a brand new floppy disk has resovled the issue.
