SC440 embedded nic

Hi there,

 

i just received a sc440 server on which i need to install sbs w2k (dell said it's supported), but i can't find a way to detect the embedded nic or even say what chipset it is (the invoice doesn't say, dell's website based on the service tag doesn't say either, apain in the a...)

 

i tried a bunch of broadcom and intel packages (under sp4) but all i managed is to get blue screens...

 

any help greatly appreciated !
