Server PowerEdge T300 - Windows Server 2008 + terminal Server

Hi all,

 

I planned to install a main server for a short company (4 peoples).

 

I have the  following idea :

 

Hardware :

- One Server PowerEdge T30

- Quad Core Intel® Xeon® X3353, 2.66GHz, 2x6M Cache, 1333MHz

- 4 GB of RAM

- 4x 250 GB of disks

 

OS :

- Windows Server 2008 Standard x32

- Terminal server for 4 peoples

 

Running apps :

- Small ERP application with SQL Server 2000

- Office 2003

 

My questions :

1- Is it enough ?  (Hardware)

2-What kind of licenses I need for windows server, terminal server, Office ?

3- Is there any problems or issues ?
