Windows Server 2003 Reboots Constantly after windows automatic updates

Question

Last June 15 of this year my PowerEdge Server 1800 XEON download windows automatic updates, after this updates had installed I restart the server. Then it loads windows server 2003 screen and when the login windows has to appear the server reboots itself.

I don´t want to reinstall windows server again and all the apps if there is a way to restore windows??

Someone could help me?

First I would check to see if there is a mother board bios update. If it still reboots, I would reseat all cards  and cabling, remove any dust. Uninstall all the June 15 updates, update ALL device drivers, wait to see if this helps. Reinstall the June 15 updates one at a time, waiting a day or two between each individual update.

contact dell support first, but this helped me with same problem *********************************************************************************************************** The Regfix driver should be installed from Windows text-mode setup using the F6 install option.  To install the Regfix driver from the Windows text-mode setup interface, perform these steps: Obtain the Dell Registry Update Tool here:  ftp://ftp.dell.com/utility/F6_regfix_1026.exe Copy the files from the driver package to a floppy diskette. Copy the drivers for your boot controller to a separate floppy diskette. Boot to the Windows Server 2003 install CD. Immediately press the key to install the Regfix driver and additional device drivers for the boot controller. When prompted, press the key to select and add additional devices. Insert the floppy diskette containing the Regfix files into the diskette drive and press . Press the key to select the Dell System Repair Utility. Press the key to add the driver for your boot controller. Insert the floppy diskette containing the boot controller drivers into the diskette drive and press the key. Select the appropriate device driver and press the key. Press the key to continue.  NOTE:  After the Setup is starting Windows message, the results of the Regfix driver will appear in a new screen. RegFix creates two new registry values at HKLM\Software\Dell\Dell_RegFix_Success and HKLM\Software\Dell\RegFix\Dell_RegFix_Success. I have had this problem many many times with Poweredge 650, 1650..etc... had to use recovery console and backout the updates.
