Windows Server 2012 HyperVisor_Error bugcheck 0x00020001 PE R910

In case anyone else runs into this issue.  I recently encountered a HyperVisor_Error bugcheck 0x00020001 on a PowerEdge R910 server after installing Windows Server 2012 DataCenter Edition, enabling the Hyper-V role and starting up some VMs.  The server would consistently reboot.  I contacted Dell support and ran the the gamut of updating all firmware / bios / drivers, ran a 3 day hardware test to no avail.  I finally opened up a support ticket with Microsoft.  They had a similar case which was resolved by some bios configuration changes.  They gave me a list of the changes and I narrowed it down to one setting.

The culprit in my case was the BIOS Memory Setting - Enable Node Interleaving.  After disabling this setting the server appears to be stable.

Just wanted to post in case anyone else encounters this issue and save them some time/effort.  Try adjusting this setting and see if it resolves your problem.
