Adding devices_MDM Failed

Hello,

After configuring everything from the IM, as part of post installation i was adding SDS devices and failed to add with below error message .

    Can you do  --query_all_sds to list all sds? make sure you are using the ip address shown there.

    Also try and ping the ip address 172.31.16.15 from the primary mdm to ensure you have connectivity to that host.

    Hi Allen,

    I'm executing this cmd from the MDM primary server.

    Try to login to the scli in the secondary mdm.

    Either you are not logged in the CLI session -> please verify that you are logged-in (cli --login --username root --password [your password]), or you are trying to run the CLI on your secondary MDM or TB.

    If you want to run CLI on the secondary MDM you can by using the --mdm_ip [P.MDM IP] flag
