ERROR 404

Hi,

I am trying to "Retrieve System Topology" from a Gateway that was used to setup a Cluster with the following:

• MDM
• SDM
• TDM

If I log into the MDM using admin and password there is no issue. However, from the Gateway I get the following error:

Error retrieving server configuration from MDM : server didn't respond - code = 404

Running a "Test Rest Config" I get the following error:

• Unable to connect to the MDM. Check your configuration and that the MDM is up: error:

And right below the error the following in Green:

• Obtained login token for the MDM.

Version number of the ScaleIO installed on our test system is EMC-ScaleIO-mdm-2.0-5014.0.el6.x86_64 and we want to test a upgrade to EMC-ScaleIO-mdm-2.0-14000.231.x86_64.

Running a tail on scaleio-trace.log gives me no errors and actually shows some information being made available from the MDM.

Google error 404 gives you quite a bit of information but nothing releated to ScaleIO.

Not sure how to proceed with the upgrade if this fails.
