I wanted to know if the ESXi 7.0 U2d version is compatible with the already installed PowerFlex version 3.6.0.355

Yes -it is supported . (ESXi 7.0 U2d will contain the latest fixes as per https://www.vmware.com/security/advisories/VMSA-2021-0020.html)
