How to deploy ScaleIO software on Tie-breaker nodes ？
The current topology has three nodes, master node and slave node and Tie-breaker node
gw & mdm & lia & sds & xcache is installed on master node and slave node
What software needs to be installed on the Tie-breaker ？

It depends on what do you want to run there - from MDM cluster perspective, Tie-breaker is enough.
If you also need SDC/SDS running on this machine, you need to install appropriate packages - so it's entirely up to you.
