In case if you have the Complete Software or the Software for Vmware, you would be able to find the SDC driver for 6.x and 7.x 

 

eg: VxFlex_OS_3.5.0_468_Complete_VMware_SW/VxFlex_OS_3.5.0_468_ESX

PowerFlex 3.5 build 468
-drv_cfg-3.5.0.449-esx6.x
-drv_cfg-3.5.0.449-esx7.x

Likewise for 3.5.1

PowerFlex 3.5.1 build 175
-drv_cfg-3.5.1000.160-esx6.x
-drv_cfg-3.5.1000.160-esx7.x
