I would be inclined to say yes it is supported for ScaleIO 1.32.X as ScaleIO user guide 1.31.X states support for RHEL 6.4, 6.5 or 7.0 (or their CentOS equivalents), using KVM as the hypervisor

engine

and additionally in ScaleIO user guide 1.32.X states support for

Linux: CentOS 6.0-7.0, Red Hat 6.0-7.0, SUSE 11 SP2 and SP3, or SUSE 12
