I created a THICK volume and THICK EAGER ZEROED VMware disk.
ScaleIO Version is 2.0.5014.0
Windows Server 2012 R2
But I figured out my problem, I deactivated "Use Checksum"

What kind of disk are you using for Windows 2012? Is it eager zeroed?
What is the version of ScaleIO?
What kind of volume you have created on ScaleIO on which the datastore is created? Thick or Thin?
