VMware deployment problem

Question

Hello guys, I can not install Windows Server 2012 R2 succesfully on a datastore given by ScaleIO. Every time when the installation is finished and restarts the VM, screen turned black and is still black even after hours. On a local Disk at my Host I can complete the setup and VM is booting into desktop. If i migrate the VM from local to the ScaleIO datastore, i cannot boot up again...

I created a THICK volume and THICK EAGER ZEROED VMware disk. ScaleIO Version is 2.0.5014.0 Windows Server 2012 R2 But I figured out my problem, I deactivated 'Use Checksum'

What kind of disk are you using for Windows 2012? Is it eager zeroed?

What is the version of ScaleIO? What kind of volume you have created on ScaleIO on which the datastore is created? Thick or Thin?
