Adding a 3rd V-brick to a 450F system - cache-mirroring

Question

If we add a 3rd brick w/1TB cache to a Powermax system that already has 1TB cache mirrored, do we gain cache slots across the entire array, or just added protection via 3-way mirror? I was searching for more info on V-brick scaling, performance improvements, and could not find much. Thank you,

Hello hernster, You will gain added protection when using a 3way mirror. For cache memory you would need to change the memory module on the SP’s Please let us know if you have any other questions.
