How to Fix Technical Issue in EMC Unity?

I am technical assistant at Cleveland Psychiatry Associates(https://clvpsych.com/) me last day we have found some technical issues in our EMC Unity Storage. Our team has done all what we could do. But there is no progress. We are disappointed and worried that what should we do. Please expert guide me what should we do to fix the issue?
