SRDF functionality Network layer

Hey I was wondering if someone could help me know what network layer SRDF function of a VMAX/PowerMax array work on!

I think it works on layer 3, (SRDF over IP) but I'm not sure and I couldn't find any documentation.

If someone have any insight on it do let me know!

Thanks in advance

@DELL-Josh Cr Hey thanks a ton! can you tell me where in the document can I find the details about layer 3, and if you can confirm the IP ports we configure for this between two arrays is 10123, or we have flexibility in terms of choosing the IP ports.

Page 16. "On each Linux system that is to host a vWitness instance, ensure that TCP port 10123 is open. If the default port of 10123 is not
suitable, an alternate port may be used. See Alternate Port Configuration for more information."

Thanks,

Josh
