I install fresh Solaris on localdrive and PowerPath 5.2 SP2. Correct working device for AX4-5 i was found at /dev/dsk/emcpower0h, but powermt display show it in emcpower0a.
It looks like I just misunderstood from a manual about the address of the pseudo-device.
Just came accross a few knowledgebase solutions which may help. First I would recommend ensuring your EMC recommended kernel patches are up to date. Knowledgebase emc136049, shows a similar issue which was resolved by updating to EMC recommended SUN patch levels.
You can check this by running a grabfile on your host (available from ftp.emc.com/pub/emcgrab/Unix) and checking the resulting file through the HEAT tool available on powerlink.
You dont mention what version powerpath you are running, knowledgebase emc190249 details an issue seen with trespassed devices (I see the second device above is trespassed) This issue has been resolved in PP PowerPath 5.2 SP1 and higher.

First i was remove old zfs pool named "storage".
Next - remove virtual disk on ax5-4
Next - create new virtual disks.
Next:
devfsadm -C
powercf -q - in this step old emcpower was removed
powermt config
End.
