The EMC recommend to install this software locally (by making sure all the installation software are in the local folder) instead of install it from share folder/other source. But this didn't work and problem still persist.
I have managed to rectified the installation issue by simply using other software, it seems the earlier software is corrupted, so make sure you try with several software to make sure no corrupted software occur. Thx all.. cheers..
