Po werPath Manager2nd path issues

Question

I have a customer with an AX4 installed with a minor issue with PowerPath. PowerPath manager is not recognizing one of the paths from the AX4. The server sees both HBA's and both paths; shown when running the Navisphere Installation script to discover new storage arrays. However PowerPath manager only sees one path. There has been basic troubleshooting to show that the HBA, Cable and SP ports are not the issue. I need to know some information about troubleshooting and resolving path issues in PowerPath manager.

Hi.  Have you checked your licensing? What is the output of 'powermt check_registration'? What is the output of 'powermt display dev=all'? Thanks.
