Hi.  Were you running the powermt display with the "every" option?

Can you try running "powermt restore" and "powermt config"?

Thanks, Brion

The OS on this server is Linux 2.6.18 and I ran the powermt display dev=all command and pasted the info of the device that has issue.

I tried powermt config, restore, check, save and all I can think of....

Nothing worked to fix this...

I had a similar scenario with hp-ux 11.23 and Vmax. But running discovery(ioscan , isnf) and power path commands got it working. You may have to do the equivalent commands in Linux, twise Hopefully it come up

I talked to the CS and they want me to reboot the system.... (I am going to try this option in the next few days and will update you guys on the status)

Scanned for new devices multiple times... Always comes with a message, no changes found

Reboot fixed the problem.... There was an underlying host issue.
