PP-upgrade 4.4.1 to 4.6.1
Server Windows2003 sp1.
After upgrading to to version 4.6.1, our server needs 15 minutes to be operational. Before the upgrade, it was just 2 minutes. We have 2 Emulex HBA connected to CX500, with 3 LUNs. Can the combination of MPIO be a problem here?

It took almost a month of back-and-forth between IBM and EMC before IBM released a fix for it.
Not saying that this is directly related, but I would double check that your ServerRAID drivers and firmware are completely up to date (assuming you have an add in ServerRAID card for the local boot drives).
