typically for Emulex you can install HBAnywhare and for Qlogic you can use SanSurfer. Remember loading either one of those ?

or you can d/l emcreports from the following locations.

location 1 : visit http://powerlink.emc.com and go to Home > Support > Product and Diagnostic Tools > Grab Utilities

location 2 : ftp://ftp.emc.com/pub/emcgrab/Windows

then go to the file qlogic_info.txt or emulex_hba_attributes.txt

You can always do:

'syminq hba' or 'inq -hba' commands, if you have SE installed or just the inq.exe

Or, if you have access to the SAN switches the hosts are connected to, run a "switchshow" (Brocade) or a "show flogi database" (Cisco) and look at the wwn and the port your host is attached to.

another way to find the wwn is through POST there you can click for HBA Bios and Check the WWN of each HBA.

Thanks.
