110T LTO-2 doesn't report correct capacity

I've recently bought a LTO-2 SCSI drive, but under Veritas, I see the total capacity for the these tapes to be only 20GB or more precisely, 17.8GB. If I'm not mistaken, LTO-2 should have a 200GB native cap. I don't know if it's a software issue, or the hardware is reporting the wrong capacity. Has anyone seen this before and know what to do to correct it?

Thanks

Did you search the Veritas KB? As it's their software misreporting, maybe they have some info on this. A few things that come to mind are to patch the application and/or download the latest Veritas driver package (this is the drive package that the application uses and is available from the Veritas site).

Their KB is pretty good in my experience.

I have the same issue but it didn't start until I upgraded the firmware on the tape drive.
