!6 error on Powervault 132T

My powervault 132t tape library has been working fine with my Syamntec backup exec 10d since its installation in May. This week it stop working. I powered the unit off/on hoping this will cycle the tapes. It went through the inventory cycle and all, but now I have an !6 error message. On the users guide it just says drive error with not much help.

Has anyone encountered this issue and how was it solved?
