Configuring hardware vss provider on windows core R2

Dear All,

i have 3 nodes with windows 2008 core R2 with CSV in a live environment with MD3000i, with premium feature enabled

i have 18 running VMs

the backup is beeing done on an MD1000 expansion

after i went live I added the vss hardware provider to all hosts and im using DPM 2010

it seems that the VSS hadrware provider is not wokring well: the CSV is always in redirected mode.

i understand that i should see a new disk attached to the backup server no??

the WWN of the MD is 60026B9000422DB9000000004AE5EF48

the MD is password protected, and i configured the password like this

SMPassword 60026B9000422DB9000000004AE5EF48 PASSWORD

1. Do i need to do any other configuration?
