Console access to the PowerVault 650f

We purchased a used 650f last year and got it set up with serveral LUNs to use on our test bench. Then something happened, and in the process of trying to fix it, I can no longer login with the Data Supervisor (even though the Data Agent is running and QLconfig can see the LUN I still have set up). Where can I go to get the details on how to log into the console? "VT100 9600 8-n-1" isn't working, and neither are several other combinations I have tried.

OS is NT 4 server SP6a.
