Daisy Chaining MD3000's?
We have 3 MD3000's. In the owners manual for these, it talks about expanding storage using MD1000's. Is it possible to daisy-chain MD3000's with other MD3000's, or does it only work with MD1000's?

Hello B. Raum,
With the MD3000 you can’t daisy chain them together as the MD3000 has their own raid controllers in each MD3000 that hold the configuration & that will not push from one MD3000 to the next MD3000 as it will look for its own configuration. Now one thing that you could try if you had some MD1000 EMM’s you could insert them into the MD3000 and then connect them together and it should work & read the MD3000’s as MD1000’s.
