default password reset

Dell powervault 132t, LTO  need to reset remote management (RMU) unit back to factory defaults.

You will need to contact support for the proceedure.  They have a password reset tool to generate a password based on the MAC address of the RMU.  You can obtain the RMU's MAC address by connect the the RMU by specifying the IP Address in a web browser.  The MAC address is located on the Status Screen.
