Dell PowerVault TL2000 Tape Library - drives cannot properly position tapes
Hi
We have a Dell PowerVault TL2000 Tape Library - 2 IBM LTO4 ULT3580-HH4 drives
Drives cannot properly position tapes and usage of cleaning tape doesn't change situation.
I have drive logs.
