Hardware problem with Python 06408

Question

My tape drive, Python 06408, has decided to go south on me. I cannot eject the tape and the three LED's flash a particular patern indicating it may be a fault code of some kind. Any idea's on a site I can get more information on this drive?

I found the drivers / manual for my drive (not the same as your's, but same mfg(?))   http://www.certance.com/support/   I did a quick check and didn't see your's listed there, but maybe you could dig a bit deeper (?)   good luck!

I checked the site and found nothing for my drive. I think I will call Dell Tech Support, it should still be under warrantee.
