It looks like it might be a connection error. Have you checked the cables? Also if you can test connectivity from a different system that may help in case it is just MDSM that is having an issue finding it. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
I tried but nor response, even the led behind are not off, wherever the second controller id up 1nd the led on (power, man1gement and iscsi). Is there a solution to use the second controller as primary controller.
My virtual machine still see the volume, but when i try to manage other volume not initialised, the consol of modular disque can't acces to baie, but i can ping my second management interface
Can you confirm one of the controllers is not working and the other does work? Do you have a serial cable and can connect to the good working controller and record the boot?

First error I can see is: MD3220i - Missing MAC Address on Management Port When you capture this boot... Do you have a ethernet cable plugged in and is the vlan set? Its possible the mac address isn't showing up because nothing it plugged to the management port.
Also, you may need consider calling support and requestions and Out of warraty quote if the PowerVault is not under warranty.

Hi,
It looks like it might be a connection error. Have you checked the cables? Also if you can test connectivity from a different system that may help in case it is just MDSM that is having an issue finding it. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I tried but nor response, even the led behind are not off, wherever the second controller id up 1nd the led on (power, man1gement and iscsi). Is there a solution to use the second controller as primary controller.

Hello again @petitvansharen,
First error I can see is: MD3220i - Missing MAC Address on Management Port
When you capture this boot... Do you have a ethernet cable plugged in and is the vlan set? Its possible the mac address isn't showing up because nothing it plugged to the management port.
Also, you may need consider calling support and requestions and Out of warraty quote if the PowerVault is not under warranty.
