MD Storage vCenter plug-in and vCSA 5.5
I wonder if the MD Storage vCenter plug-in is compatible with version 5.5 vCenter appliance (vCSA 5.5.)?
If the answer is yes can I also install the application server part on the same vCSA , being the latter a custom version of openSUSE 11??

The lastest vCenter plug-in for the MD that was released 2014-01-13 lists ESXi 5.5 under compatibility. I assume this also means it supports vCenter 5.5 (as it doesn't list any specific vCenter version/name).
I don't think I've seen any plug-ins from Dell that would only work with the Windows vCenter and not the VCSA, so I would think it shouldn't matter.

The MD Storage vCenter plugin can only be installed on a vCenter server running under Windows.
See "Supported Operating Systems" at the link provided by Dev Mgr.
