I need to either 1) know how to get this new disk online or 2) what software to install on the FreeBSD server to manage the MD1000. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
To add to this...
The MD1000 is connected to a FreeNAS box running
FreeBSD 7.3-RELEASE-p3 (revision 199506)
So I am not sure even how to manage the MD1000 other than console level controller BIOS.
