MD3000 Default Gateway

We are attempting to setup our MD 3000 and we are getting a DHCP address, but it is not taking the default gateway.  When we try to set the IP address manually, it still makes the default gateway 0.0.0.0.  Is there any way to manage the MD3000 from a different subnet, or are we stuck with having to manage it from the subnet it is on?  Thanks for your help.

I've got a fever... and the only prescription is MORE COWBELL!!!!

Try to first just set the IP address (and subnet mask), and then go back and adjust the gateway.

Thanks a lot.  That worked.  Thought we had already done that, but I guess not.
