MD3000i degraded physical disk path

Hello Pondule,

So looking at the support bundle that I can see that all your drives are online and available.  I can also see that both paths for each drive is available as well.  So what I would do is to clear the error out of the Recovery Guru and see if the error comes back. I also see that you had a drive fail in Enclosure 0 slot 5 and it was replaced and all the data was copied back without any issues.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Can't see a way to clear it out of Recovery Guru, if I click recheck it doesn't clear.

BTW, I had to laugh when I swapped disk 5, there wasn't an interposer fitted which explained the original redundant path missing. Fortunately I had an interposer with me as well as the disk.

Since the recheck is not clearing the error the only way to clear the error is to run the commands through SMCLI.  Here are the commands to run.  

smcli -n "arrayname" -c "clear allphysicalDiskChannel stats;"

smcli -n "arrayname" -c "set physicalDiskChannel [1] status=optimal;"

smcli -n "arrayname" -c "set physicalDiskChannel [2] status=optimal;"

Ran the smcli commands and clicked on recheck in recovery guru but still same situation. All LEDs say it's good but recovery guru still says degraded path but no device listed.
