MD3620i Password Rest not working
We recently purchased a used MD3620i with dual controllers. Unfortunately, it still has a password associated.
I have gone through every post I have been to find online with no luck.
I have tried the two "password reset" buttons (understanding that it doesnt work on newer FW), have used the serial cable, can attach and reach the CLI with no issues but it is still asking for a password after hitting SHIFT+S
Yes, I have tried "supportDell" and that does not work (in addition to a few other random for giggles).
I have tried it with just controller0 installed, just controller1 installed, etc etc but all to no effect.
Any suggestions would be most welcome!!! Thanks

Hello YESUNS,
It sounds like your controllers maybe in a lockdown state. If you connect the serial cable and capture the boot of controller0 does it display a lock down message? If the controller boots to the start of the day message, then the controller is fully booted and should be able to change password.
