All ML6000 units need 2 terminators. One at the start of the chain and one at the end. If you only have the head unit then you need a terminator on the bootom connection and one on the top connection. Hope this helps.

Did you have to get new modules? If so, where? Mine did not come with modules and I'm having a hell of a time finding new ones.
