Hello ProTech3m,

The service tag & service request# that you provided is for a Power Edge R720. However the output that you posted is from an MD32xx system. Which are you needing a replacement controller for? Also, what happened that you lost your controller?

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

We have an array attached to a server. The controller on the array has failed. We need to replace that.

When I go into the Powervault Modular Disk Storage Manager, it shows the top controller has failed. It states that the part number is 0N98MP with a serial number of 25L0079, Product ID is MD32xx and replacement part number is 0N98MPA02. However, when I called and gave them the part number they didn't have a controller with that part number, so they said to contact you.

From the failed controller:

Hello ProTech3m,

From the picture that you posted it looks like you have an MD3220 SAS connected MD with two MD1220 enclosures attached to it. The Dell part# N98MP or WC9NJ is for replacement controllers for an MD3200 or MD3220 SAS connected system.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
