we have windows 2012 storage operating system , we have 2 disk with 2 iscsi lun in each disk. particular 1 iscsi disk showing as error status in the event log getting below message scsi command 138 directed at virtual disk 2 failed. 112

There is not enough space on the disk.
Can you confirm you have space available?
Do you see any failures in the DRAC or OMSA?

we have 10 gb free disk space and i checked logs there is no hardware error

Hello @krishna198222,
What is the total size of the RAID?
Sometimes the system send an alert if there is not enough space for replication.
Can you also share the storage configuration?
