operation cannot complete because of an incorrect parameter

I am trying to set a static IP for the RAID Controller and receiving the following error, can you help me set my IP's?

Hello James Denney,

Which model of MD3xxx system do you have? Also are you getting this message while only trying to change the IP on a single controller or on both controllers? Have you tried to use the serial cable and connect to each controller and tried to set the IP address that way or no?

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
