Password Reset for TL2000 iSCSI-SAS Bridge
Hello,
I need to go through the password reset procedure by entering DELLSUPPORT and getting a key response for the challenge presented.
Could one of the Dell support folks on this forum help me out with that?

This is Joey from the enterprise social support. I've removed the key code as it's a private info. Would you mind to PM me the tape library's service tag, your name, contact info and company details. We will need to verify ownership of the storage before we can provide any resets.
