Powervault 3600f wrong Product ID???
I noticed in my storage array profile that my Product ID is MD32xxi, not MD3600f. I tried reinstalling the latest firmware and NSVRAM, but the product id doesn't change. What is the issue here? Does the MD3600f use the same board as the MD3200's?

Hello skop22,
Have you had the back plane replaced in your MD3600f before? The reason that I ask this is that if you have had it replaced then that might be why your MD3600f is showing as an MD32xxi.
Now to answer your question the MD36xx uses the same backplane as the MD32xx systems. Normally what happens if you need to get a backplane replaced, is the tech will check to make sure that the backplane is showing the correct system type. If the correct system type is not showing then they will change it to make sure that it is showing the correct system ID.
