PowerVault MD3220i RAID controller failing?

Question

Good morning. We have a MD3220i which keeps throwing out RAID errors with one of the controllers going offline and I'm wondering if the controller is on its way out?

Firmware for the controller is 08.20.24.60

Event error code is usually 6107 - Alternate RAID controller held in reset with 2829 - RAID controller module consistency lost

Sometimes we get a 280b - RAID enclosure component failed

We would need some additional details to determine what is occurring. Would you confirm the firmware versions of BOTH the controllers, or are they both at 08.20.24.60?

Also would you upload the support bundle to upload . dell. com, once uploaded will you Private Message me the svc tag so that I may locate them?

Lastly, do you see anything listed in the Recovery Guru?
