Powervault PV22XS Scsi Processor Device Configuration Problem

Question

Hi,   I am getting problem in configuration powervoult PV22Xs. I made two raid in Powervault for two different servers. when i contect with the servers, it doesn't work. It works only with one server at a time. I want to Configuration with both the servers. Plus i am getting this error also ' The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Scsi\adpu160m1.' you have to set the mode  button on the backpanel to divide the arrary to two parts ,one is for first server ,another is for second server. or you can set it for two servers to share it.it is said cluster mode.

as explained, there are 3 modes available. joined bus, split bus and cluster mode. you have to select cluster mode to make it work. pls make sure you upgrade the EMM firmware 16 or above. please let me know the status

Hi Netshooter, assuming you are configure a PV22xs for cluster environment. Ur dip switch must be set as cluster mode. Then, on the Raid controller BIOS, set both the EMM to different SCSI channel ID so that it would not be conflict against each other. There is a steps to configure a PV22xs as cluster environment. I would suggest you to get certified DSP to assist u in this configuration.   Good Luck
