PowerVault TL1000 Drive Full Message
When I try to execute the CLEAN DRIVE command on my PowerVault TL1000, the operator panel displays the message "Drive Full! Press Any Key". Pressing any key displays the CLEAN DRIVE command again. I cannot find a description of this message in the documentation, and Technical Support could not find it either. Does anyone know what the message means and how to resolve it? Than you.

Hello Vince_M,
Check if there is a cartridge in the drive and Eject cartridge from drive and retry clean
Operator Panel: Commands > Move Cartridge
