PowerVault TL4000 error 8D 07 - Unable to resolve
d 07 - Mechanical Block I have been attempting to resolve the error mechanical block to no avail. I've rebooting the robot, tried moving cartridges to another slot, and removing all media to clear this issue. I have noticed the following
- When performing and I/O Magazine eject, I get the error 8D 07. I then reply OK and try the operation again and it succeed in ejecting the magazine.
- When opening the right-side magazine, I get the exact same results as above.
- Powering off the vault has no effect on clearing the error.
Can anyone provide any details on how to resolve this problem?

Hello, walkertechie.
So, that error code says this: Sled blocked. Error during sled movement to rotation position.
Curiously, have you removed the shipping lock from the top of the library, or is there anything sitting on top of it? We'd prefer nothing be on top of the library. You might also be sure the library is mounted properly. (eg: rubber feet, in a rack, etc)
If something is on top of the library, or racked above it, it's possible something is putting pressure on it, and restraining the picker.
Check this stuff out, and let me know.

To answers your questions
1. The Library is rack mounted
2. Nothing is sitting atop the library
3. The shipping lock has long since been removed.
The library has been functioning fine for months. This is the first we're seeing this error.
