PV-100T continually ejects tapes or refuses to acknowledge them

Hello, I've been having trouble with our PV-100T.  When I go to insert a brand new Travan 40 or a used Travan NS the drive will immediately eject it.  A cleaning tape will remain in the drive and the green LED blinks continuously although I can't tell if it's actually doing anything.  Occasionally a tape will remain in the drive and the LED will continously blink and the cartridge will not eject until the system is rebooted.  I've searched through a number of sites including this one with no luck in finding an answer.  My patience is growing thin with this machine.  Can anyone help or even offer suggestions? Thanks.

I had my drive swapped from Dell under warrenty. It appears it was a hardware failure because I swapped the drive with no change in drivers, configuration, or software I use and it worked like a charm immediately. If you have performed all of the recommendations on Dell's site with no luck, see if you can have it replaced or serviced.

I have a PV-110T that is doing the same thing.
Does anyone have any suggestions for this is VERY frustrating!

I have not been able to get a single FujiFilm tape to stay in the drive. I can get a DELL tape to stayin, but ARCserve tells me its Write Protected and the WP switch is not engaged.

Please Help us out!
